東京を拠点に活動する写真家。クイーン・メアリー・ロンドン大学（映画学科）を卒業。2006年に初めて東京を訪れ、都市の青い雰囲気にインスピレーションを受ける。2009年、ロンドンで開催された写真家・川内倫子のワークショップのメンバーに選ばれ、その後同年に東京へ移住。
ペレズの写真は、詩的で感情的かつ私的な感性を持ち、また時にシネマティックな美しさを感じさせる。日常の儚い瞬間や個人的な関係性、そして色彩によって形づくられる繊細なムードを捉えている。
2015年、初の写真集および展覧会『Momentary』により注目を集める。商業作品と個人作品の両方で活動。これまでに個展を8回開催し、現在も東京を拠点に活動している。

Nico Perez (b. 1986) is a contemporary photographer based in Tokyo, Japan. He graduated from Queen Mary University of London (Department of Film). In 2006, he visited Tokyo for the first time, where he was inspired by the city’s blue atmosphere. In 2009, he was selected as a member of Japanese photographer Rinko Kawauchi’s workshop in London, after which he moved to Tokyo the same year.
Perez’s photography is known for its poetic, emotional, and personal sensitivity, often with a cinematic beauty. He captures fleeting everyday moments, personal relationships, and subtle moods shaped by color.
In 2015, he gained recognition with his first photobook and exhibition, Momentary. He works across both commercial and personal projects. He has held eight solo exhibitions to date and lives and works in Tokyo.
